Repair Acceptance Form (RAF) must be presented at the time of collection of the Gadget Or product. If you fail to provide, a Sampurnakart.com(r k mobile care) reserves the right to retain the product till it is provided. (r k mobile care) may at its sole discretion consider alternative modes to verify the authenticity of the customer and choose to deliver the product after verifying the credentials of the customer.

An estimated tentative cost is derived based on initial customer input. Actual cost of the repair will be informed to the customer through phone / mail after detailed diagnosis. 100% payment should be made before r k mobile caret start with the repair.

During the course of repair, if we come across any additional repair that is essential, then a fresh estimation will be sent. Customer approval with 100% advance payment of the balance is essential to complete the repair. If the customer requests the equipment to be returned without repair, the same will be accepted only if the Sampurnakart,com (r.k mobile care)diagnosis charges are paid. If any spare has already procured from vendor for repair, payment made earlier towards the repair will not be refunded to the customer. The charges for repair diagnosis vary for each product based on the complexity.

– All efforts will be made to ensure that the product is repaired within 3 working days from the date of acceptance of repair. However, if the repair is complex to resolve or if there is any constraint on the spares availability, the repair turn around time may take longer than the indicated time. Sampurnakart.com(r k mobile care) will not be responsible for any loss due to this delay. And if the spare is not available with vendor than the product will be returned to the customer without any repair. In such a case diagnosis charges are still applicable for chargeable repair.

While every effort will be made to ensure proper care of your product, (r k mobile care) will not be held responsible for any kind of losses occurring due to unforeseen circumstances described as “Act of God” Accessories are accepted under owners risk and the company is not responsible for the same if not recorded in the RAF. All repaired products should be collected within 2 weeks from the date of intimation through mail / sms. In case of delay, Rs 100 will be charged for every extra day. If the product is not collected by customer within 45 days from the last date of the penalty period of 2 weeks, the same will be considered junk and disposed. r k mobile care) will not be responsible / accountable for returning the product.

On confirmation of acceptance of repair, we expect the customer to have a backup of all the data. Sampurnakart.com (rk mobile care) will not be held responsible for any kind of data loss. – In case of replacement for Screens , only Screen of the device will be replaced.(Screen guard, sleeve, sticker or any such cosmetic modification to the original device will not be replaced.)

(r k mobile care) may install iOS / Mac OS X updates as a part of Hardware / Software Service that will prevent the iPod / iPad / iPhone / Mac from reverting to an earlier version of iOS / Mac OS X. Third Party Applications installed on such devices may not be compatible with the same as a result of the iOS / Mac OS X update.

– Customer would be responsible for re-installing all other software programs, data and passwords post repair.

All the phone  repairs we do will carry 1 months Warranty OEM Spares :We use best quality spares to repair your product. The term OEM mean Original equipment manufacturer.OEMs are manufacturers who resell another company’s product under their own name and branding.None of our spares comes from apple or another brands directly. Any service center never supplies their Spares to any outside company except ASP. We ensure transparency and quality and reliable repairs with our customers.Warranty doesn’t cover Physical , Accidental or Liquid Damage.

Please ensure you (Customer ) provide complete information about the problem at the time of submitting the device for repair. Sampurnakart.com ( r k mobile care) will not repair which was not Reported.

Any repair made other service provider cannot be covered under warranty.
